Our Senior Sterling File Gateway Analyst sits within Worldpay I&O Hosting and Application Services within the Enterprise Tools & Utilities Team. You will be responsible for providing File Gateway support, including 3rd line BAU support for Production and Pre-Production environments. File Gateway support responsibilities include Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Upgrade and Live Support of File Gateway services hosted on Linux and Microsoft operating systems in a highly virtualised environment and subject to strict Change Management and Service Level Agreements.

How will you add value on a day-today basis?

You will be responsible for providing technical expertise within the following technologies; IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, IBM Sterling External Authentication Server and IBM Sterling Control Center. You will represent the Hosting & Application Services Enterprise Tooling & Utilities Team within Worldpay Infrastructure & Operations and provide extremely high standards of service in terms of service maintenance, new capability requests, fault prevention and resolution.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

Extensive experience in administration, support and maintenance of the following File Gateway components in a high availability production environment; IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, IBM Sterling External Authentication Server and IBM Sterling Control Center. You will have the ability to work alongside development teams to analyse File Gateway requirements, have experience with third line support for business critical production systems and experience of administering Linux hosted File Gateway implementations in a secure, virtualised environment.

You will have strong analytical skills and service management ethos, as well as experience with Connect Direct, SFTP, PGP, FTPS & FTP Protocols.
