What does it involve?

You’ll be part of the business area where we commission and configure BT Operate Networks to deliver an effective service to customers. You could find yourself working on anything from design changes, to hardware and software upgrades, to product and service testing. Analysing network event information, you’ll help identify performance problems and recommend improvements.

So what do I need?

An innovative and commercially astute individual, you embrace change and relish the challenge of solving problems. Putting customers first, you take responsibility for delivering improvement and results in all you do. Crucially, you enjoy building relationships and working with others. And you’re passionate about learning new skills.

You’ll need to have or expect either a 2.1 degree with 280 UCAS points, or a 2.2 degree with either an additional post grad degree or 320 UCAS points.
