Our design-led, multidiscipline Centre for Innovation will research, incubate and pilot new and emerging digital technologies. Operating across all stages of the innovation spectrum, the working environment will be open and interactive. The Centre for Innovation identifies and solves new problems, particularly in the digital domain. As commerce moves more and more online, we are using new data and new technology to shape new solutions for the Fraud problems we are looking to solve, and the Fraud Analytics team will be at the heart of developing these solutions.

You will manage consultants on the team and collaborate with platform engineers, business subject matter experts and technology delivery teams to own the delivery of strategic research projects from design to execution, from defining the design with the Senior Manager, collaborating with business experts for business understanding, supporting business value potential identification, to working with platform engineers for solutions and technology teams to deliver prototypes and client implementations.

You must have industry expertise in the area of Fraud Analytics, preferably in the on-line domain and understand key technology trends in their domain, the business implications, and be able to match the future opportunities of those to the current and emerging challenges of our clients.

You should also have:

- Experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, data mining, unstructured data analytics

- Project management experience

- Technical team manager experience

- Experience in the online Fraud domain

- Proficiency in statistical and other tools/languages - R, RevR, SAS, Python or similar

- Experience working with large data sets and tools like MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive

- Proficiency in visual analytics tools such as Tableau and Qlikview a plus

- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science, or related scientific disciples
