We need an On Boarding Team Member to process all of our new customers data and paperwork and ensuring all orders are provisioned. You will be based at our head office in Alderley Edge, reporting directly to the On Boarding Team Leader and ultimately to the Operations Director.

Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.

Holiday Allowance: 20 days p.a. increasing annually ultimately to 24 days p.a. plus public holidays. Plus an emergency duvet day each year for those days you just can’t get yourself motivated!

Basic salary: Up to £17,500 pa. dependant upon experience and reviewed in May of each year. Plus a monthly KPI bonus and an annual company bonus.

Duties to include but not restricted to:

- Ensuring incoming contracts are fully and correctly completed and entered onto the in house system;

- The management of orders to ensure services are activated/billing within the agreed customer timescales

- Sending line rental and broadband orders for connection

- Contact customers and partners directly to obtain any missing information that is required and also confirm successful completion of orders

- General duties within the Business Support Department

Desired Skills:

- Telecoms knowledge - advantageous but not essential

- Good customer service skills

- Good computer skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team

- Ability to communicate openly, positively and effectively with both customers and suppliers along with other teams in the business

- To be an enthusiastic and driven individual that can embrace change to help improve the way we do things

- To encourage and motivate others
