Job Purpose
As a result of continued expansion, SFW Ltd is looking to add an enthusiastic CRM Business Analyst to our growing Customer Relationship and Case Management Practice to work on Dynamics CRM Projects. You will be working in an Agile environment alongside our talented CRM Technical Consultants and developers in the UK and India, providing consultancy services to our clients across both public and private sector. You will be dealing with clients face to face, managing and delivering various requirements. You will support our sales team, by defining solutions to our prospects and delivering confident demonstrations of Dynamics CRM.
You will set standards and encourage business analysis best practice within SFW outside your project team.
Education
The ideal candidate will have a good academic background with at least 2.1 (equivalent alternative qualifications will be considered) or relevant experience.
About You
As a CRM Business Analyst you will:
Be responsible for arranging meetings and facilitating workshops with existing and prospective clients to discuss their business needs, understanding business drivers and communicating these with the wider team
Conduct hands-on, configuration and customisation of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with support of developers when required.
Create and present demonstrations to provide a proof of concept to our prospects
Participate in proposal development, plan and assist in estimation of effort/cost
Maintain longer-term vision for the customers solution, helping ensure the team focuses on the most important issues first, thereby ensuring the team continually delivers real value to the customer
Work closely with the team to design solutions to clients business requirements, and solving problems as the need arises
Provide the team with face to face feedback to direct development
Be involved in the whole life cycle of software development, creating an initial backlog, attend sprint retrospective and demonstration / planning sessions
Revise and update user stories throughout the project in response to changing needs and situations, ensuring the Agile team prioritises tasks accordingly
Facilitate the process of defining, analyzing, and testing the requirements for a given sprint
Support the creation and execution of test cases and scripts
Create and Deliver Customer Facing Training and Documentation
Essential skills:
Strong understanding of Agile principles and processes throughout the software development lifecycle
Ability to work collaboratively with the customer team, product owners and third parties as well as the internal team
Independence, flexibility, dedication
Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to learn new technology and push boundaries
Confident and coherent delivery of ideas and presentations
Hands on Configuration experience of Dynamics CRM - advantageous

Salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience
