As part of the digital transformation in Consumer Finance, we are looking for talented individuals to drive the digital journey on a number of new programmes. The business has a strategy to deliver a Multi-Channel customer journey, providing real business growth with an outstanding customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced Digital professional who can develop software, in an Agile environment, share technical experience with others and also provide the ongoing support for the systems. As a senior Digital Developer, you'll need to be able to demonstrate you are innovative, with a real enthusiasm to push our boundaries, to ensure that you are able to continuously develop and grow the systems to meet the needs of an ever changing, digitally aware, customer base.

To be successful in this role you'll need to have experience in Java, HTML5, CSS3, MS SQL, Javascript, JQuery, Angular and any experience using Backbase would be an advantage. It goes without saying that you'll need to be able to explain complex technical scenarios and ideas to a non technical audience, so good communication skills are important too. A track record of the required experience demonstrated in a real production platform or system is a must, as is the ability to effectively work with multi-disciplinary, internal and external distributed teams.
