Our Head Office Reporting Department is looking to recruit a proactive, passionate and analytical person determined to build a career in a challenging international environment.

Reporting is one of the main departments in providing and supporting the executive management and operational departments with relevant indicators for targeted management of all business processes within the company.

You will be an integral part of an experienced, knowledgeable and innovative team where your core responsibilities will be:

- Monitoring and analysing KPIs, thereby identifying risks, errors, issues and improvement opportunities

- Generating and analysing standardised reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly)

- Creating new reports as well as optimising existing reports (including financial KPI’s)

- Ensuring compliance by analysing and monitoring the reporting system

- Providing quality assurance of systems

- Manipulating and interpreting large sets of business data using our Business Intelligence Software

- Supporting executive management, operational departments and our holding company in Germany

- Implementing international standards

- Assisting with relevant projects and managing ad hoc queries

- Acting as the main Contact person for national and international departments

What you will need

- Experience in a similar position or a proven aptitude for financial reports and data analysis is essential

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results

- Advanced Excel and VBA skills

- Excellent command of the English and German language

- A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to work on projects and solve problems independently

- Able to deliver the final product reliably and organised in a quality fashion.

- Previous retail experience would be beneficial
