We are currently implementing new Social Care and Education systems and are looking for an experienced ICT Customer Support Coordinator to join us.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the operational support of our Care Systems. Managing a team, you’ll deliver an effective helpdesk training function as well as develop and implement the relevant standards and processes needed for these.

Delivering proactive support to users of our Social Care and Health ICT Systems, you’ll ensure that our system administration, user training and provision of clear guidance and improvements to ICT applications, meet the needs of the business.

In addition, you’ll be working with internal and external stakeholders including service providers and Partners.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of co-ordinating a helpdesk function; delivering a high standard of customer care and managing stakeholder and Customer expectations.

With a relevant professional qualification you’ll be an experienced manager used to coming up with creative solutions to problems; managing staffing rotas; monitoring a budget and have good ICT skills.

Managing a variety of relationships with internal and external Stakeholders and Customers it’s important you have strong communication; negotiation, influencing and persuading skills and are used to making decisions.

Working within a team and on your own initiative it’s important you have knowledge of configuring systems and implementing processes to improve effectiveness.
