SAP HR Applications Consultant

Getting under the skin of our clients’ issues, you’ll define how we can support clients better, help develop and customise the groundbreaking applications they need, and roll these out to users. So this is a role for someone who can build strong relationships as well as in-depth technical knowledge.

That knowledge will grow from comprehensive training that immerses you in all things SAP. You’ll discover what the technology is capable of and how to put it into action. And you’ll use it to transform a host of key areas for clients. Human Capital Management (HCM) is a central component of the SAP ERP suite and comprises Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organisation Management modules. In addition, Talent Management modules include Recruitment and Compensation Management. Our SAP HCM team creates HR solutions that help companies to recruit, develop and retain the best talent. Consultants work in either a functional or technical capacity within client-facing project teams. Roles include analysis, design, build, testing and implementation of SAP HCM solutions. You'll get opportunities to develop and apply business, problem-solving and logistical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Whatever your degree, you must have a good understanding of how technology is changing, and appreciate its power to revolutionise the way organisations work and behave. Curious, eager to try new things, and ready to challenge and be challenged, you’ll also have a flair for building rapport and solving problems.
