Customer Relationship Manager - Corporate Solutions

Chess are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Customer Relationship advisor for our corporate customer service team. This dynamic team includes individuals with experience and knowledge in Telecoms, dealing with high spending customers. They have a real focus on customer passion and build strong relationships with our customers to maximise customer retention and loyalty. They have a strong one team ethic, sharing knowledge to ensure we make Chess a great place to be a customer.

The successful candidate will thrive from working in a fast paced customer focused environment. You will enjoy resolving in-depth queries, be confident in product knowledge and able to spot opportunities to provide a one-stop shop for all our customer business needs.

Duties to include but not restricted to:

Setting and managing customers’ expectations from the outset

Manage difficult circumstances

To generate leads and new business

Discussing our other IT services CRM/ICT - one stop shop

Know what topics to include and how to sequence them

Construct questions that uncover real insights

Know your customer

Build strong relationships with the customer

Learn about root causes and provide a resolution.

Provide excellent customer service

Support business client with service issues and queries.

Development, maintenance and retention of customer relationships

Informing customers of Chess products and services

Updating customer records

You will need to demonstrate:

Telecoms knowledge and/or experience

Proven experience of exceptional service delivery.

Professional manner

Able to work under own initiative and part of a team

Good time keeping

Computer literacy

Experience in customer service/telesales/account development role

Excellent communication skills

Experience working towards monthly targets

Desirable Skills:

Experience in the telecommunications industry

Understanding of the Mobile Telecoms industry

Package Details:

Basic salary: up to £25,000 p.a. dependent upon experience, reviewed annually in May.

Bonus: Attractive performance based bonus to be paid monthly, plus a company bonus to be

paid every 6 months.

Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.

Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays
