Chess are currently looking to recruit an Enterprise Account Manager within the Corporate Solutions team. As an Enterprise Account Manager you will develop, build and maintain relationships with our Corporate Customers to aid retention and maximise potential in making Chess a great place to be a customer. The successful candidate will work from our offices in Alderley Edge reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Solutions. You will be required to travel to customer sites as and when required.

Duties to include but not restricted to:

Setting and managing customers’ expectations from the outset

Manage number of visits made

Ensure all visits are made on time

Manage difficult circumstances

Capture relevant data from the visit

Reporting on any outcomes

To generate leads and new business

Discussing our other IT services CRM/ICT - one stop shop

Know what topics to include and how to sequence them

Construct questions that uncover real insights

Know your customer

How to assess the economic value of a proposed solution in the eyes of the customer

Build strong relationships with the customer

Learn about root problems that can be solved

Understanding what products to offer each customer based on business requirements

Provide excellent customer service - make Chess a great place to be a customer

Look to identify trends in the market place.

You will need to demonstrate:

Experience in customer service

Good time keeping

Professional manner

Smart appearance

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills

Able to work under own initiative and part of a team

Good time management skills

Excellent customer service skills

Good organizational skills

Desirable Skills:

Experience within the Telecoms Industry

Package Details:

Basic salary: £27,000 - £30,000 p.a. dependent upon experience plus car allowance and a commission package reviewed in May of each year.

Bonus: Attractive performance based bonus to be paid monthly, plus a company bonus to be

paid every 6 months.

Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.

Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays
