Our Civil Engineering and Transport Planning teams are responsible for transforming Worcestershire's transport infrastructure. They are working on a diverse and ambitious set of projects and initiatives which will support the County to achieve its growth aspirations, including the dualling of major roads, construction of a new river crossing and the design and delivery of a new parkway railway station.

As a Graduate Trainee - Civil Engineering you will be offered a vast range of experience and the opportunity to work on prestigious projects, from small scale improvements to multi-million pound civil engineering projects. We can also support you to pursue a professional qualification.
