Business Solutions Sales Executive

We need reward driven (UNCAPPED BONUS!!!!!), experienced sales people. This role requires someone who is passionate about selling and who will help nurture our vision, culture and values. As a dynamic and fast moving business we need an extremely strong sales team to strengthen our ability to grow. This role is based at our head office in Alderley Edge and you would report directly into the Sales Team Leader.

The Role Duties to include but not restricted to:

Generate sales to existing customers

Collate accurate customer information on our internal systems

Learn about products and offers

Keep updated about the telecoms market

Ensure personal performance is reported to manager daily

Outbound calls to customers

Prepare sales proposals

Liaising with team members to maximize the database potential

Action leads from other areas of the business

Essential Skills/attributes:

Experience in a sales role

Ability to work under pressure & meet sales targets

Excellent telephone sales skills

Effective communicator with superb closing skills

Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team

Self development

Adaptable to change

Good mathematical ability

Problem solver with good analytical skills

Telecoms knowledge/experience is preferred but is not essential for this role.

Package Details:

Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply

Holiday Allowance: 20 days p.a. increasing annually ultimately to 24 days p.a. plus public holidays. Plus an emergency duvet day each year for those days you just can’t get yourself motivated!

Salary: Up to £18,000 basic p.a. dependent upon experience and reviewed on an annual basis OTE: £30,000, Uncapped.
