Project Manager
Chess Corporate Solutions, one of the UK’s fastest growing telecommunication companies, is looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join their join their Corporate division. The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Alderley Edge. The candidate will report to the Projects Team Leader.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
Managing the implementation planning and roll out of customer facing projects
Liaison with 3rd party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects to our customers.
Ensure the projects you manage are planned and run to time and to cost.
Ensure an acceptable level of customer satisfaction on the projects you manage.
Ensure efficient handover of completed projects from your team to customer service.
Promote Excellence in Customer Service and strive for the highest scores in our customer feedback surveys
Develop, build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve project objectives.
Essential Skills:
Project & Programme Management
Stakeholder management from end user to Board level
Experience in delivering a mixture of ICT or PBX and non-IT projects
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical mind-set with ability to think outside of the box
Logical and objective approach with an attention to detail
Essential Qualities:
Strong communicator with an ability to work under pressure
Resilient, tenacious and able to maintain performance under pressure and to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
High energy and attitude
Take responsibility for your own personal development
Good organisational skills, able to set goals and prioritise actions
Package Details
Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.
Holiday Allowance:20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays
Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 p.a. plus bonus dependent upon experience, reviewed annually in May of each year.
