Partner Support Apprentice

Chess Telecom, one of the UK’s fastest growing telecommunication companies, are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join their Partner Support Team. The role is based in Borehamwood and will report in to the Partner Support Team Leader.

Duties to include but not limited to:

To answer the telephone in a polite and friendly manner, obtaining the reason for the call and decide what action needs to be taken accordingly.

To credit check all dealers’ customers using the appropriate network channel as and when required, ensuring the requirements of the Data Protection Act are met.

To answer general enquiries relating to tariffs, services and procedures in order to support the dealers.

To undertake any administrative task such as tariff disputes, SIM changes, lost and stolen action as and when required thus supporting the dealers.

Adhere to all network and Chess SLA’s.

Desire to learn and develop in a business environment.

Develop skillset to enhance ability to manage systems day to day.

To comply with the Company’s policies, rules and procedures as outlined in the handbook, health and safety manual and all other publications.

Ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team

Able to maintain a positive attitude at all time

Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail

Package Details:

Hours: 37½ hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm.

Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. initially, increasing ultimately to 24 days, plus public holidays.
