We have an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and talented Senior UX designer with significant experience to join us at our Reigate or Brighton office.

You’ll get to tackle challenging problems for a diverse range of clients and get to own the project from research and conception through to detailed design and delivery.

Responsibilities Include:

Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team

Gather client and user requirements

Facilitate Workshops

Conduct heuristic evaluations and make best practice recommendations

Synthesise research into actionable insights, concepts and solutions.

Develop personas, journey maps and storyboards to capture and communicate user behaviours, motivations and goals.

Model interactions through process diagrams, task flows and interaction diagrams as needed

Create sketches, wireframes and working prototypes

Assist or lead on research initiatives

Present concepts and ideas to clients

Support and develop less experienced designers in collaborative projects

Brief UI designers and Developers

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

You have been designing within a professional environment extensively in your career and have the portfolio to demonstrate your experience

You are a talented designer who understands the users’ needs and objectives and can turn these into engaging digital experiences

You have experience in mobile, responsive website design

Familiarity with core web technologies (HTML/CSS and JS) preferred

You will have the ability to present work directly to clients

You will be articulate, creative, innovative and work within the team to help drive, grow and share our clients’ offering

You’ll be skilled in creating intuitive, engaging, beautiful designs

Ability to think through and communicate complex interactions and processes

Have strong technical understanding of professional and creative tools - including Axure, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch etc.

Experience with remote user testing services a bonus

App design experience would be a bonus
