Develop a strategic vision for how detailed operational data and intelligence can shape innovation.

Develop systems and processes that deliver the vision.

Develop innovative ways of presenting and using this data, and ensure it appeals to a wide range of stakeholders-including Councillors, senior officers within the Council and partner agencies, and operational service managers.

Ensure that innovations in operational service delivery and workforce reform are supported by effective systems and processes.

Produce robust evidence to demonstrate the impact of service change programmes.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role you will need as a minimum to be:

Highly creative and motivated by the opportunity to collate, analyse and use large and complex sources of both quantitative and qualitative data and information in ways that have never been used before.

Highly effective at identifying, developing and monitoring the impact of opportunities for improvement and transformational change suggested through the data and information.
