It’s fair to say we’re growing fast! In fact, we’ve doubled in size in the last five years and In September 2015 we announced an additional 200 Screwfix stores, which would bring our total to over 600.

The Web Trading Manager role

Working within our multi award winning Ecommerce department you’ll have real autonomy and ownership for specific categories, driving online sales growth and reporting at weekly trading meetings.

Selling the Screwfix product range, you’ll have a strong focus on sales and conversion to ensure you deliver category targets. You’ll implement our SEO strategy across owned categories, effectively driving quality and ensuring we remain ‘Best in class’.

The skills you need as a Web Trading Manager

Commercially focused, you’ll have experience in creating a plan to increase sales with an understanding of search engine optimisation and conversion rate optimisation. We’re looking for someone who has worked in an online retail environment using Web Analytics to drive insight and identify key opportunities for improvement. This is a busy and fast-paced role so you’ll also have the ability to organise and prioritise a large number of tasks whilst remaining calm under pressure. Flexible, enthusiastic and motivated, you’ll find plenty of scope to develop fast with us.
