The successful candidate will join the Channel Optimisation Team which is a small, driven team that sits within the Customers and Communities section of the Council.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, someone who relishes in paying attention to detail, who can see patterns, clichés and trends in data sets. You will need to have some experience of collecting, interpreting and presenting data. You are likely to have a background in customer services and can present data in different formats depending on your audience.

The Council has developed a detailed programme of work which will work with our customers to get them online and self-serving. The Data Analysis will provide information and evidence that enables us to target our efforts at those customers and those services where there will be greatest return.

The candidate will have to collate data from a variety of people and sources and although you will be good with data you will also have strong interpersonal skills. As well as interrogating our data you will seek best practice form across the country and use that to compare our own performance.
