The Role:

IT Manager required to join a busy Media Monitoring and Evaluation company.

Responsible for the day-to-day network systems and future resource planning of all IT functions, the successful candidate will be a confident individual capable of resolving logged technical issues and managing resolution time scales.

Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will be required to work alongside the Development team on bespoke internal systems and provide technical support to internal and external users.

Technical knowledge:

All applicants must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years experience working with the following;

Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012, Active directory, Exchange 2010, sql server 2008/2012 experience essential.

Microsoft windows desktop support on windows 7/8 and office 2010/2013 applications.

Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 - Managing backups, rotation, any required restorations of data

Virtualisation:

Microsoft Hyper-V

VMWare ESXi and VCenter

VMWare Fusion

Storage Technologies:

Fibre Channel SAN

iSCSI

NAS - Synology

Networking:

DHCP

DNS

VLAN

Dell Sonicwall firewall management

Switch Management

Beneficial;

Technical support experience of mac OS X systems

Data Management and optimisation experience

Applicants MUST BE eligible to work in the UK and live within a 60 minute commute to our office - London - Chiswick (W4 3QE)
