We are looking for an Analyst to work with colleagues in the property repairs service, with a particular focus on understanding what drives our £40m+ annual costs. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Assets (Delivery), you will be responsible for extracting information from our company systems on costs, repairs transactions and customers to allow us to spend our tenants’ rents efficiently.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will generate and analyse cost and customer information and identify and present proposals for improvement in business performance and cost reduction.

You should possess excellent communication, problem solving and task management skills. You will have the initiative and resilience to solve technical challenges working collaboratively with other technical colleagues. The right candidate should also be able to manage a number of projects and deadlines without detailed instruction and present findings and recommendations to a range of audiences in both written and verbal forms. You will be educated to degree level, ideally in mathematics, statistics or a similar numerate discipline.
