The Johnson & Johnson Family of Diabetes Care Companies is recruiting for an IT Lead, Customer Care PLO (Product Line Owner) to be located in High Wycombe, Maidenhead or Wokingham. This position will require up to 10% travel, domestic and international.

The IT Lead, Customer Care PLO is responsible for:

- CMD Consumer/Customer Care Product Line initiatives

- Business IT Interface

- Understand the IT system or systems that the business uses; may specialize in specific applications

- Is assigned to work with the business to translate requirements for IT sprint cycles

- May coordinate user acceptance testing or assist unit testers that requirements are satisfied

- Writes, manages, and clarifies story points

- Day to day platform configuration management

- Business Requirements Analysis

- Takes business requirements and writes specifications in a consumable format and terminology for developers

- Maps our business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support

- Explains to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint

- Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required

- Program Oversight

- Ability to report mostly on the progress of own work stream; also has little oversight or responsibility over other work products

- May assist and report on user acceptance testing

What will you need to be successful in this role;

- A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A degree in MIS/CIS is preferred (not essential)

- Relevant working experience is required

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development frameworks/methods including Scrum is preferred

- Experience in Salesforce.com, Siebel GxP systems and Regulatory submissions (desirable not essential)

- Knowledge of business process and business strategy is required

- Experience working in cross functional global teams is required

- Leadership skills to guide and align stakeholders, creating context around key business drivers and strategic plan is required

- Successful track record of shaping business-aligned IT strategies is required

- Balancing big picture and details are required

- Ability to successfully manage multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously is required

- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is (desirable not essential).

- Experience working across multiple levels of an organization including senior leadership is required
