Business Systems Manager - Growing FTSE-100 business

As Business Systems Manager for our AB Connect Monogastric business (AB Connect Mono), reporting to our Head of Business Systems, you’ll have four principal accountabilities:

- supporting and helping deliver our IS strategy in-line with the business strategy

- collaborating with the business and its partners to help deliver change

- managing the training and support for the business systems

- ensuring that the business complies with corporate IT policies.

With strong academics at least to first degree level, you have a proven track record in IT management, underpinned by experience of structured methodologies (Prince 2), service delivery management and ERP implementation experience would be desirable. With the ability to develop strong relationships within a small team and work under your own initiative, you’re a first-class, all-round communicator and don’t mind getting your hands dirty with project work! You can also bring to the Business Systems Manager role:
