An experienced commercial manager is required to lead the development of the commercial operations and enterprise across Luton Culture’s Art Centre, Theatre, Museums, Libraries, community centres and venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in and for one of the UK’s most exciting, thriving yet affordable towns, just 10 miles from the M25.

Key responsibilities:

- To provide strategic development and management of the charity’s trading company, activities and new enterprise

- Maximise profit across Luton Culture’s venues through activities including property rental, venues hire, retail, café & bars, events and weddings

- Develop highly effective strategies to grow trading activity and ensure customer satisfaction

- Manage a team of 22+ employees

- Nurture performance, productivity and partnerships

- Seek new opportunities and advise the Leadership Team and Board members on all aspects of commercial operations

- Cost centre manager for income in excess of £1.5 million
