The Role:

The Project Coordinator has order-to-close responsibility for the successful delivery of smaller client engagements - from a few days of training up to simple ERP implementation projects. They will work effectively with a variety of internal teams to plan and execute according to a contractual scope. They will use tools and standards to provide robust financial management of jobs, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Being responsible for all aspects of an engagement, they will manage scope, risks, issues and communication to ensure realisation of the stated objectives, while providing overall leadership for the Deltek consulting team. Part of that is to have a very close cooperation with account management and customer care. This person will also be imaginative and open-minded, and bring with them ideas and strategies for improving the way we work and the tools we use.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and executing simultaneously for multiple engagements, varying in scope, size and duration.

Coordination of all Deltek activities for these engagements, conducted by a range of consultant types, including both business and technical consultants.

Providing guidance to the customer throughout the engagement / project.

Focus on results in terms of quality, costs and customer satisfaction.

Contributing to the continuous development and improvement of our project coordination/management methodology and project coordination/management tools.

Managing project team performance and providing feedback to consulting managers.

Building strong relationships within the consulting team, to account management and customer care

Being a team player and able to motivate team members, within a virtual and multi-national environment.

Qualifications:

Excellent command of the English language is essential.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT project environment.

Degree in Business or Computer Science is preferred.

Dutch, French or German language skills are useful.

You are a flexible, build strong relationships, creative problem solver and have excellent conflict management skills.

You have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
