Help us put our users at the heart of modern Parliament.

The Parliamentary Digital Service is transforming the way Parliament does digital. We’re responsible for the entire digital strategy, including development of all parliamentary platforms from intranet services to a brand new website.

We’re now looking for an Associate User Researcher to assist our team in driving the development of new and existing services. You’ll be familiar with some user research methodologies and understand how these can keep our users - whether that’s MPs or members of the public - at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll assist your colleagues in planning, designing and conducting in-house research and analysis and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop excellent digital services for a modern Parliament.

If you can show an understanding of, and enthusiasm for, user-centred design, have experience of research processes (such as writing test scripts and recruiting users) and can present sound, evidence-based conclusions in an engaging way, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re an open, transparent and collaborative team at the heart of Westminster. If you’d like to join us in developing a modern digital democracy, click the APPLY button.
