Help put our users at the heart of digital democracy.

The Parliamentary Digital Service is transforming the way Parliament does digital. We’re responsible for the entire digital strategy, including development of all parliamentary platforms from intranet services to a brand new website.

We’re now looking for User Researchers to help improve all these services for our users - whether that’s a Member of Parliament or the general public. In this role, you’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the user is at the heart of every service we provide.

We’re looking for someone with experience of a range of research processes and of conducting hands-on user research. You’ll draw sound conclusions based on qualitative and quantitative research and can present your findings in an engaging and creative way.
