We are looking for a Graduate Cloud Engineer to join our Public Sector Cloud team. Job Purpose

As a Graduate Cloud Engineer you will be designing, building and delivering IT with the latest Cloud technology such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. You will get your hands dirty using cutting-edge technologies like Windows, Linux, Active Directory, ADFS, Networking in an agile working environment, and form close working relationships with some of SFW’s valued clients.

Education

The ideal candidate will have a good academic background with at least 2.1 (equivalent alternative qualifications will be considered) or relevant experience.

Good question, our Graduate Cloud Engineer will get to experience a wide variety of different roles, including:

Discover, design, develop and manage Cloud based systems for our clients, either building on-top of existing services in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or through developing from scratch typically through automation tools and using traditional data centres. We create better experiences for real people like you and your friends!

Design and build infrastructure in the cloud, our solutions tend to simple through clever design

Be part of an Agile team, we're all about working together to solve complex problems, and do so in a rapidly changing environment

Get exposure to different ways of working, with many different clients and working with many different technologies

We believe in open-source and look to contribute back to the community where possible

Work closely with a multitude of different clients, getting to meet them and contribute towards solving their problems
