Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Fast-Track Scheme)

Roles in London & Buckinghamshire - £18-25K Per Annum - Plus commission to 40%

This is a Fast-Track trainee recruitment consultant scheme that will build on your existing experience and take you through a structured career development programme. It will also set you on a solid career path in recruitment with a first year OTE of £25-40K.

You will be aligned to a specific market space, based on performance and preference in one of the following areas:

The initial role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at the Palm Group (comprising of Fitzroy Solutions, Palm IT and Aston Select) is to work closely with your Team Leader and Sales Director in developing new business relationships, attracting candidates and supporting the delivery of revenue to the business.

You will benefit from an extensive training programme and your role will also include, but is not limited to:

Candidate qualification and resourcingLead generation and market researchClient mapping and developmentGroup training sessionsWriting and placing job adverts on-lineClient/candidate meetingsArranging interviewsSystems compliance and admin
