Rockstar Lincoln is looking for an organised and proficient IT Support to assist the smooth and unhindered running of the QA department for our Day shift, based in Lincoln, UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following principle responsibilities have been identified as a minimum set of requirements to be performed, for the position shown above. These to include:

- Provides support and assistance to the other IT Support staff.

- Set up PCs/Development Kits/Printers for new users and relocate equipment where necessary.

- Provide out of hours technical support to all users.

- Upgrade PC hardware/software as required.

- Maintain asset inventory, including equipment and media: perform regular audits.

- Document and maintain accurate installation and procedure guides.

- Support and maintenance of ADSL routers.

- Manage the console repair process.

- Administer Blackberry Enterprise Server users and devices.

- Administer Airwatch users and devices

QUALIFICATIONS

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office suite.

- A wide understanding and technical knowledge of current PC operating systems, hardware, protocols and standards which includes Windows 7/8/10.

- Ability to install, upgrade and maintain PC workstation hardware.

- Integrity and honesty.

- Dedication, teamwork and professionalism.

DESIRABLE

- A basic understanding of networking technologies including: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.

- Experience with computer gaming hardware.

SKILLS

- Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative.

- Ability to prioritise tasks based on a variety of factors.

- Customer service focus.

- Willing to work additional hours to meet the demands of the role.

- Willing to be flexible with regards to shift patterns.
