Since 1973, we’ve been caring for, connecting with and campaigning on behalf of women with breast cancer. The last few years have seen the IT team at Breast Cancer Care build a strong support function, and our focus is now on the need to develop our systems and infrastructure further to embrace current developments in IT, and the needs of an increasingly mobile workforce.

The Role:

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will with the support of the Head of IT work on implementing a number of new systems including Encryption, Video Conferencing, Wireless, Office 365, Office 2013 and Telephony system improvements.

The post holder will need a highly motivated approach to help manage and deliver these key systems in a short space of time.

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced at developing and delivering IT infrastructure projects to time and budget. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required whilst being a good team player. The post holder will be accustomed to working on various projects simultaneously, will be flexible and able to deal with conflicting priorities.

In addition you will have a keen eye for detail, be a completer finisher and have the ability to take a broad view on strategic issues.
