Bond Technology Management (Bond TM) seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated IT Support Engineer who is highly adaptable and has the ability to flourish among a strong team of IT professionals that support some of world’s most luxurious private yachts and estates.

Bond TM is at the top of its field in the super yachting industry by developing and delivering the most advanced onboard Audio Visual, IT, Communications, Security and Navigation systems for super yacht new builds and refit projects.

The location of this position is Amsterdam or Barcelona.

Key responsibilities:

- Support IT Hardware (LAN/WAN, Server, Desktop etc), Software and office based systems within a fastpaced

- and challenging environment

- Ensure that service tickets are fulfilled and SLAs are met

- Troubleshoot and resolve systems errors and failures

- Troubleshoot network issues

- Troubleshoot email issues on client and server side

Other responsibilities:

- Create and administer clear, concise documentation to lower the possibility of a repeat problem

- Create "How to" documentation for clients

- Participate in IT projects and overall office projects

- Collaborate and have a valued input into IT Support moving forward

- Complete administrative duties associated with service tickets (e.g. time entry and documentation updates)

- according to process and procedures in a timely and accurate manner

Required Skills/Experience:

- Previous experience in IT support with an excellent working knowledge of Networking Systems with

- application support skills. Professional references are a plus.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English

- A successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will possess good diagnostic and

- fault-finding skills.

- Solid working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Windows Server

- Microsoft Exchange

- Active Directory and Group Policy

- Microsoft Windows 7/8/10

- Experience in CCNA Routing and Switching

- Highly motivated, organised and adept at handling stressful and time-sensitive situations

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- Flexibility and strong customer-service focus

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Desired Skills/Experience:

The following skills are not required to fulfil this position, but are seen as a plus.

- Knowledge of WAN / LAN concepts

- Knowledge of Firewall UTM products

- Knowledge of backup solutions and implementations

- Knowledge of VMWare ESX and Linux will be an advantage

Required Documentation:

- A current and valid passport (now and future) for traveling internationally

- Proof of legal right to work within the European Economic Zone

Other IT and communication skills will be utilised as the company is currently growing and dealing with a substantial number of projects.

The candidate should be well presented, have a calm disposition and the ability to remain composed under times of stress. As well as working within a team, the candidate should also be able to work independently and open able to travel.

Fluency in the English language is essential and any other languages are a plus.

Salary is in accordance with experience.
