The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing information and advice, and by influencing policymakers. At national Citizens Advice we work in close partnership with bureaux to ensure an effective and high quality service for all.

18 Hours per week

Fixed term between 01 September 2016 to 31 March 2017

We have a new position for an MI Officer within the management information team. This role will primarily support project reporting on our Pension Wise service. It will also support the wider work of the MI team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of: Developing and delivering reports to range of stakeholders, delivering high quality customer service , strong IT skills and data analysis including analysing complex data and presenting it in a range of formats.
