WE HAVE MULTIPLE ROLES TO FILL

WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?

As an Engineering Data Analyst within the WREF team, we’ll look to you to provide direct oversight and reporting of key quality and compliance data associated with facility asset maintenance in order to demonstrate robust control of Worldwide Real Estate and Facilities (WREF) services and sites.

The data will be used to aid critical decisions about site and service performance. You will analyze information on historical trends in order to drive ongoing improvements in reliability, efficiency and performance of physical assets.

This role will support WREF’s global sites and service owner stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

- Monitor CMMS and Calibration data integrity and promote standardization in data entry, management and reporting. Generate business unit data integrity KPI’s and provide reporting solutions at site or portfolio level.

- Routinely run the GSK CMMS Data Quality tool; identify areas of non-compliance with defined business rules for data integrity and develop recommendations for data quality improvements; identify any areas of ambiguity and escalate as required.

- Establish and utilize CMMS and Calibration reporting tools to identify overdue & late work orders. Ensure overdue work orders are reported in a timely manner so that Quality, Regulatory and EHS compliance risks associated with late performance of work orders are appropriately addressed.

- Establish and utilize CMMS and Calibration reporting tools to verify that asset hierarchies are developed and maintained in accordance with established Business Rules. Make recommendations for asset hierarchy restructuring in order to drive standardization across sites & regions. Support new asset & instrument data entry to ensure consistency across technology platforms and promote compliance with Hierarchy business rules.

- Develop and analyze reports associated with preventive/predictive maintenance blends.

- Drive sustained performance in on-time work order execution through business process improvement, working with maintenance managers and other key stakeholders.

- Support ad-hoc training on maintenance & calibration business processes to third part service partner staff; plan and coordinate formal training programs.

- Support implementation of bulk data changes in compliance with GSK policies, regulatory requirements and good data management practices.

- Work with third parties to support discreet projects for bulk master data entry and/or cleansing.

- Promote improved awareness of the compliance & cost benefits of good data management across maintenance & engineering teams
