The Role:

As a Marketing Analytics Analyst at Pitney Bowes, you will work with large data sets on a diverse set of interesting problems in an area that has tremendous business impact. You with work with global and cross-functional marketing stakeholders. You will be immersed in all aspects of a rapidly evolving B2B marketing analytics landscape, including exposure to SFDC, Cognos, R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, and Adobe Analytics.

The team you are part of is responsible for supporting key marketing campaigns and improving marketing campaign performance for the European region.

In this role, you will join our Marketing Analytics team in Hatfield and report to the Marketing Analytics Manager.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and executing campaigns measurement and analysis, test designs, ad-hoc analysis, design of complex projects as well as articulate the results/insights and analyses to internal clients.

Working with multiple Marketing functions within a matrixed environment including Strategy and Planning, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Demand Generation.

Developing deep understanding and extensive experience in accessing Pitney Bowes internal databases and navigating our complex data infrastructure, including our digital ecosystem.

Coordinate with a team of offshore analysts to deliver the analysis required by the various internal teams

Turning observations into insights, insights into recommended actions and ultimately developing strategy and campaign optimization.

Collaborating with other members of the Marketing Analytics team to work on advanced analytics and big data projects in order to drive higher marketing performance.

Stay abreast of latest industry topics, trends, news, methodologies and tools. You will keep a constant eye out for potential improvements in analytics processes, data quality and data sources/tools.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative field like data science and statistics. MBA or other graduate degree is a plus.

Experience gained working in marketing analytics.

Experience working in a B2B marketing environment, either on the client or agency side. Experience in web analytics and digital marketing is a plus.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Power Point and Excel.

Exposure to analytics tools such as SAS, R, SFDC, Cognos, SQL, Tableau, SPSS, Rapid Miner, Adobe Analytics (Omniture) etc.

Solid analytical and technical problem solving abilities with optimal mix of mathematics, statistics, marketing, business sense, and strong visualization and communication skills.

Ability to arrange information, files and data in a useful format that is easily understandable and retrievable.

Strong presentation skills to develop compelling power point presentations and can translate statistical and modeling concepts into plain English.

Strong project management and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet timelines.

Must be a team player and self-starter with a strong ability and desire to learn new things. You will be in a dynamic business environment where you will be constantly challenged. You will need to be creative to solve unforeseeable problems.
