HR / Payroll Application Consultant

The Application Consultant has the mission to deliver/provide skilled professional advice, guidance and service to customers (internal and external). This will be in relation to NorthgateArinso products and services (specifically the implementation of ResourceLink) and from time to time in relation to specific generic professional services required by the Customer and business.

Essential skills:

- A thorough understanding of ROI payroll legislation. An IPASS qualification is critical.

- A previous background in processing payrolls and/or implementing payroll solutions

- An understanding, knowledge and experience of end-to- end software configuration, implementation covering design, build, data migration and business intelligence/reporting.

- Excellent customer facing skills

Preferred skills:

- Previous experience of implementing software in a Business to Business environment is preferable

- Detailed technical knowledge of Payroll systems, understanding of payroll components; pay elements, pension schemes, costing

- Knowledge and experience of ResourceLink products and Payroll

- Proficient on the usage of BI tools such as Cognos, Business Objects or similar and ability to develop reports of varying complexity is preferable

- Experience of specifying business requirements and requirements gathering is preferable
