Job Role

-Assist the IT Department with the support and development of the Websure application, including the maintenance of existing products, the development of new products and ad-hoc reporting.

-Assist & Support the IT Department with the day to day support of all areas of the Group Business.

-To facilitate the production of meaningful statistical reporting from each area of the business

-Create websites for each Group Company and ensure they are fit for purpose and reflect the culture and values of the business and that the information and functionality meet the needs of our suppliers and clients.

-Set up a constant rolling programme of review to ensure the websites remain fresh and up to date and attract regular repeat visits.

-Establish and maintain a proactive and interactive social media presence for the business to promote the COBRA brand

-Oversee any other electronic marketing processes which are not already performed by internal marketing staff or outsourced supplier, for example email banners.

-Undertake any other task reasonably requested by senior management of the business.

Key Skills and Experience

-An IT or Computing Degree

-Some experience in an IT Support Role is preferable

-Experience to a high level with Microsoft Office 2010 or above and in particular Powerpoint

-Good working knowledge of Windows PC & Apple Mac platform

-Working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and applications

-Working knowledge of T-SQL

-Experience with Crystal Reports or similar product would be an advantage

-Knowledge, Skill and/or Experience of creating and maintaining websites

-An interest and good knowledge of social media technologies and functionality.

-Excellent organisational and time management skills

-Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional efficient, enthusiastic and customer-friendly manner, as well as the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within and outside the organisation.

-Excellent written communication skills with the ability to deliver information in a clear, concise. informative and targeted way across all media platforms.

-A positive can-do attitude.

-A high degree of initiative and self-motivation

-A high degree of versatility and flexibility.

-The ability to work effectively as a team member as well as an individual.
