Ensure our new digital Parliament is built on resilience.

The Parliamentary Digital Service is transforming the way Parliament does digital. We’re responsible for the entire digital strategy, including development of all parliamentary platforms from intranet services to a brand new website.

Your BCDR expertise will drive plans that ensure the resilience of a range of technologies including networks, servers, storage and applications. Keeping pace with our fast-evolving technology, you’ll research and write plans, and test them regularly. You’ll also maintain risk registers to track and deal with areas of concern.

We’re looking for a BCDR specialist with a background in technology and experience of operational risk analysis and management. You’ll need a good understanding of infrastructure components such as networks, storage and middleware, as well as data centres and desktop systems.

Capable of building effective working relationships across the organisation. A systematic and analytical approach is essential, along with good planning and organisation skills.
