Drive the projects at the heart of our transformation vision.
The Parliamentary Digital Service is transforming the way Parliament does digital. We’re responsible for the entire digital strategy, including development of all parliamentary platforms from intranet services to a brand new website.
Our new Technical Project Managers will drive a range of advanced IT infrastructure developments and upgrades, from initial design through to system testing and handover. Expect to manage multiple projects, and to interact with both technical and non-technical teams across areas such as finance, procurement, HR and facilities.
Your work will make an active difference to the way modern Parliament works, so you’ll need a track-record of managing projects across the complete lifecycle. A strong communicator and negotiator, you’re able to manage suppliers and stakeholders - working collaboratively, but also challenging others where necessary.
Advanced knowledge and experience of recognised project management methodologies such as Agile and Prince2 is essential. You’ll ideally have worked on technology related projects and will have successfully delivered complex projects on time and on budget.
We’re an open, transparent and collaborative team at the heart of Westminster. If you’d like to join us in developing a modern digital democracy, click the APPLY button.
