West Yorkshire Police as the lead Force for the Yorkshire and the Humber Regional Scientific Support Services is looking to recruit a Management Systems Analyst to be based at Calder Park, Wakefield.

In this role you will support the RSSS Accreditation and Standards Manager in providing statutory management information reports to Regional and Force Senior Leadership Teams and managers to support strategic decisions across all four Forces. You will also assist in maintaining and improving the ISO Quality Management System through internal auditing.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their experience of using analysis techniques to collate, interrogate and interpret data outputs/statistics quickly and accurately, identify trends, errors and root causes and present information both verbally and in report formats to management. You will have a good working knowledge of computerised databases and spreadsheet packages, particularly Excel. Additional experience in reporting software would be beneficial.

Using auditing techniques, you will identify non-conformances opportunities for improvement and recommend corrective actions to meet regulatory standards. An understanding of ISO management systems and previous experience in auditing would be beneficial.

In this role you will be required to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will come with the ability to communicate with customers, staff and managers with good report writing and presentation skills.

As a Management Systems Analyst you must be prepared to work flexibly to meet business needs and travel throughout the Yorkshire and the Humber area as required.
