This is a challenging but rewarding role that will require you to lead and manage the development of our crucial Student Business Systems and Processes, including timetabling.. With your help, we can provide accurate and accessible information to staff, students and other external parties.

We’re looking for a problem solver who believes in continuous improvement. You’ll always be suggesting new ways enhance our systems and create more effective ways of working. You’ll be an expert in Student Data, proven to be effective in implementing systems, with an excellent understanding of Predictive Analytics and able to provide colleagues with advice on system information and data definitions. Great planning ability is also a necessity, as is the ability to lead and inspire your team and other colleagues.

A post-graduate degree in Business, IT or Management is required with, preferably, some form of project management qualification. Communication skills are also vital to the role as you’ll be working with colleagues at all levels and representing our university when talking to suppliers and other HEIs.
