Job description:

We’re after an amazing developer: a problem solver, a good-code evangelist, a team player and all-round code superhero.

We’re the UK’s largest email marketing automation platform, sending and tracking millions of emails every day for some of the world’s best companies. We think about and tackle scalability issues every day. We have high volumes of traffic, and we’re getting busier, so we have lots of cool problems we need you to help us solve.

We’re a close-knit, hard-working team based on the 20th floor of our amazing offices in Croydon’s most iconic building, ‘No1 Croydon’ (Train line 45 minutes from Brighton, 9 minutes from Clapham Junction & 16 minutes from London Victoria!).

You’ll be responsible for the development of the .mailer platform, written in C# and ASP.NET. Our platform is distributed over dozens of servers, in addition to our insanely beefy database servers, so there’s plenty to get your teeth into.

Skills & Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who’s got strong and current C# 4.5 skills, preferably with a web background. Managing large volumes of data is core to everything we do, so experience in working in high performance database environments will be a huge plus.

We develop using Agile, and have an informal, sociable environment. You’ll have a powerful dev machine with two monitors and an SSD. We’ll send you to a few conferences every year too. We’ve got table football, free soft drinks and biscuits, and when it isn’t raining, a pretty fantastic view right over London.
