Are you a junior IT technician who’s comfortable troubleshooting for Macs AND PCs? Can you fix hardware as well as software issues? And want to take the next step in your career? Then join us at AIA Worldwide.

We’re a global digital agency with around 100 employees in London and offices all over the world. We need an experienced, hungry and passionate IT junior to help troubleshoot for our UK office and liaise with our US counterparts to make sure all our systems and processes are aligned.

A busy, challenging role, you’ll be doing everything from workstation configurations to helping set up AV for international meetings to fixing printers and scanners - so your experience will need to cover:

Microsoft server solutions, including TCP/IP experience

Apple Mac configurations, including OSX and Adobe applications

Server and networks, including cabling

Hardware repairs

Audio/video set up

Additionally, it would be great if you also had some basic LAN/WAN and AVAYA phone system knowledge, as well as experience of remote support and end-user training.
