Digital Learning Blended Learning Designer

Location: Regent's Park, London

We're looking for an agile and innovative Digital Learning Learning Designer to help us deliver an engaging and effective digital learning environment.

Design the digital learning ecosystem for our world leading business school

In our increasingly digital world, embedding digital learning technologies into our teaching processes is key to keeping us at the top of our game as an elite school. And it's down to our Digital Learning department to enrich the teaching and learning experience we offer by providing first-class digital learning solutions across the School. As a Digital Learning Designer, you'll design and create best practice components of a world class blended learning offer, as you:

* Shape, lead and establish the development of a digitally inclusive learning culture for our Executive Education, Degree Programmes and Alumni audiences.

* Create a suite of digital products that have usability and mobile accessibility at the forefront

* Drive significant changes required to deliver Digital Learning into LBS programmes

* Establish quality standards for digital learning at LMS and embed quality at the heart of all digital product development processes

Share our knowledge

We generate research and ideas that have a real, lasting influence on people, businesses and markets around the world. To do that, we have to make sure we've got the people, tools and infrastructure to share our thinking globally. In this challenging role, you'll passionately lead change as you research, prototype, evaluate and evolve our digital learning offer. It's all part of our commitment to continuously improving our facilities to maximise learning impact and support lifelong learning.

Who we are looking for

* A Bachelor's Degree

* Demonstrable knowledge of digital learning pedagogies

* Advanced knowledge of MS Office programmes

* Substantial and proven instructional design experience within both academic and corporate environments

* Strong visual and usability design skills

* Experience of creating MOOCs and innovative digital learning products with mobile access and usability at the forefront
