Design content fit for a digital democracy.

At the Parliamentary Digital Service, we’re transforming the way Parliament does digital. We’re responsible for the entire digital strategy, from how our technology and intranet services are used by Members and their staff in both Houses of Parliament to the content we feature on all parliamentary platforms, including our brand new website.

We’re looking for Content Designers capable of contributing towards a content strategy that’s being built from the ground up. We’re looking for creative people who can deliver the high standards you’d expect from a modern, progressive Parliament. These roles will have huge influence in defining the direction of the voice of Parliament.

You’ll be working on projects developed alongside colleagues from throughout the House of Commons and the House of Lords to improve content, making it fit for the digital landscape. As you would expect, outstanding writing skills and professional experience in content-rich projects is a must. You’ll write simply, get to the point quickly, and communicate confidently through persuasion, negotiation, and networking. We’re particularly interested in hearing from people who also have experience in social strategy, filmmaking, photography, and other creative pursuits alongside an exemplary way with words.
