I am currently recruiting for multiple Digital Delivery Managers to oversee a huge digital transformation project to improve the end to end customer experience in their specific areas. This exciting and challenging role based in Kent will place a high priority on the implementation of their strategy involving complex digital projects.

The Company

The client in question is a proud local government organisation that has a high drive for economic expansion within all frontline services. With great access to motorways and railways, brilliant facilities and striking scenery, coupled with exciting, challenging and rewarding work, this digital transformation project will keep you entertained for the years to come.

The Role

The opportunity in question is for a candidate who is adept with controlling and managing multiple projects and delivery managers within the digital arena. You will lead an end to end project lifecycle with multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital employees reporting in to you consisting of the more senior members of staff. You will be essentially responsible for the quality and output of the delivery managers.

Responsibilities

*Your role is to oversee the delivery of the strategy of transformation, in an agile environment with maximum efficiency and quality in mind.

*You will co-ordinate each member of staff and their workload ensuring that they are identifying opportunities for change and transformation.

*Take part in stakeholder and change management continuously redefining the improvements that can take place to the strategy, communicating this over to the transformation team.

*You will entertain dynamic planning processes, leading the prioritisation of work with capacity and capability of the team.

Requirements

*You must be able to define extensive experience in delivering high profile digital transformation programmes

*Must have experience in multiple end to end projects at one time, recognising efficiencies within agile methodology

*Strong knowledge of managing delivery teams in a faced-paced environment

*Good knowledge of digital transformation landscapes and government digital services
