Business Development roles are many and varied across ITSM in Edinburgh, largely focusing on lead generation, sales and KPI's in a results driven environment.
The opportunity promoted with my client focuses far more on the nurturing of key business relationships, escalation and resolution of customer issues relating to your employers bespoke software and ongoing relationship management by becoming a subject matter expert for the business.
As IT Relationship Director, you will become the sole Technical Account Manager for the business, forming a crucial part of the management team. You will guide clients from post-sale, through implementation of the software solution and beyond, building and strengthening the relationship over the long term.
It is expected that the IT Relationship Executive have a relevant technical knowledge of both Infrastructure and Software, understanding where potential faults may lie in the bespoke software embedded in the clients network and escalating as required to the internal technical specialists.
