About the role

*Please note this role is offered as an 8 month fixed term contract/secondment*

An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst has arisen within our Engagement Directorate.

The Business Analyst will work on the CQC intranet and will be a key member of the digital development team. You will support the design and delivery of the new CQC intranet through the stages of discovery, alpha and beta.

About you

You will be familiar with a range of digital/web services and solutions, have worked with open source and cloud technologies and as part of an agile team. You will be able to rationalise complex information to make it understandable for others to work with.

You will have experience of working on digital propositions and contributing to digital strategy and you will have worked in the GDS methodology of delivery and clearly understand how the business analyst interfaces with product management and user research.

Your strong digital research, analysis and reporting skills will include experience of designing, interpreting and drawing out key conclusions from research and known business objectives.

This is a key role in an area of growing strategic importance for the organisation for a graduate (or equivalent). Your ability to communicate effectively and great team working skills are crucial for success in this role.
