Graduate Application Support Analyst

As a Graduate Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving a variety of customers’ IT issues and providing an outstanding level of service.

Leading from the front, you will utilise your technical and analytical expertise to quickly resolve customer requests and issues. Liaising with the Development and Management Teams, you will take full ownership of customer problems and see them through to a successful conclusion.

Working within SLA targets, you will also test system and software changes, allowing you to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s platform.

You’ll need to be a flexible traveller who is happy to go between London and Manchester regularly and undertake national travel on occasion. The ability to stay away at short notice will also be required.

To be considered for this role, you must have a post graduate qualification (or equivalent), in science, technology, engineering or maths. The ideal candidate will be eager to progress their education alongside their career and pursue an MBA or equivalent qualification.

As a Graduate Application Support Analyst, you’ll need to be an astute problem solver with an interest and the ability to resolve complex queries. You’ll also need to be willing to go the extra mile to achieve your goals.
