Technical Implementation Consultant

Sandyford, Co. Dublin (with travel to customer sites in Ireland and the UK)

Our client provides cutting-edge information systems to the social care industry. They are now looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join their passionate team.

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you’ll be responsible for performing software installations, data migrations and product training for customers. 

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, you’ll carry out data migrations from customers’ legacy systems into Dynamics CRM. 

You will install software, provide training to customers on-site and troubleshoot any problems in a timely manner. Additionally, you’ll create internal environments for testing, demonstration and development purposes.

As part of your role, you’ll be required to travel to customer sites throughout Ireland and the UK. 

To be considered, you must have: 

- At least two years’ experience in a technical implementation role

- Experience of Windows server environments, Hyper-V and networking 

- A strong technical background in MS-based products and technologies 

- SQL and T-SQL querying skills 

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- The ability to lead by example and participate in work when necessary

- The ability to accurately document your team’s work 

- A full driving licence 

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you must be a clear, concise communicator with a team player mentality. An analytical approach to problem-solving and strong time-management skills are also key.
